As a contract caterer in the education sector, we work closely with avisso’s registered dietitian, Tess Warnes. A recent tender opportunity required a more technical approach for nutritional analysis as it involved Welsh food standards in addition to English, and we sought the advice of Tess.

Her work was extremely professional, attentive and understanding of the task in hand. Menus were prepared in a clear and descriptive manner, with recipes and charts to support the requirements of the specification, produced within the time frame required, relieving the pressure on the sales team to prepare the tender documentation.
